Gabby, a key employee since 2005, has moved up the ranks from part-time receptionist through office manager. She is one of those employees who just can’t stop learning and growing! Promoted for the third time, she is now working in the back office doing hearing aid quality control checking. And she has the experience and attention to detail to capably handle hearing aid repairs and service. At the same time, Gabby continues to be our resident expert on insurance benefits as well as enthusiastically performing all receptionist duties on an as-needed basis.
